Bread from around the world 🌍

As part of Cultural Diversity aweek we have been learning all about other countries. Today we tasted a variety of breads from around the world and found each country on a map.

Filming in Ponty Market 🎬

Such an exciting day! Today was our first day of filming as part of our Creative Leads project. A massive THANK YOU to Martyn, Cai and the people of Pontypridd market.

Team work!

We had great fun today, collecting stick and logs to make a sitting circle and building frames for weaving. We also had a go at making some outdoor art and worked together as a team to build the biggest den! 

Building 3D shapes outdoors 🌧🍃

We had an amazing time this afternoon despite the rain! Working in teams we had a go at making a 3D shape using sticks. We found it difficult to tie the sticks together however we persevered and managed to make lots of giant 3D shapes! We measured each of the sticks to find which ones were the same length and worked out how many sticks were needed to create each edge. Then using string we created each corner.
