Today we said a sad farewell to Miss.Wide today. I'm sure you would like to join with us in thanking her for all the hard work she has done this term. Miss Wide, we would all like to wish you good luck and all the best for the future! Here are some photographs of our farewell party 🎉🎈

Maths using Wonka Bars 🍫

As part of our maths lesson today we were allowed to buy Wonka bars from Willy Wonka's shop. We were each given a different amount to spend and had to work out the change. We used the frog hop method to help us and recorded our working out on whiteboards. 

Rememberance Day

This afternoon we paid our respects to the soldiers and visited the cenotaph in Ynysyngharad Park. We all said a poem and laid a poppy wreath. As part of their homework task the children also made amazing outdoor poppies which we have placed in our school garden. A massive thank you to the parents who helped the children with this task!
