We were very fortunate to have a special visitor today-pilot Mr Jones! The children were fascinated to learn all about his job and what it entails. They found out how to fly a plane and why it's important to have a pilot and a co-pilot! Mr Jones showed us a map of all the different places in the world he has flown to. Then some of us even got to try on a pilots hat and a life jacket!! A massive thank you to Mr Jones for coming in to speak to the children and to Mr Carter for organising everything.

Crime Scene Investigators! 👣
What an exciting day! This morning we discovered that someone had crash landed onto our playground. After playtime we received a telephone call from the police, asking us if we could assist them in uncovering the clues left at the scene. Suited and booted, we entered the crime scene area and examined the evidence. We found a QR code which led us to discover a video transmission from a secret spy called 00Dragon!! 00Dragon is on the trail of an unknown data hacker and needs our help to find him and complete his mission. Straight away, back in the classroom, we set to work at uncovering the secret identity of the data hacker. We dusted the evidence for fingerprints then matched them up to one of the three suspects. We eventually found our man and emailed 00Dragon with the good news!
